First off, I've gotta explain. This is kinda like a diary for me. Just writing up stuff that's happened in hopes that it'll help me in the long run. My name is Eric. Eric Steele. But throughout these stories, you'll probably know me better as Jackal.
During Operation Desert Storm - specifically, after the actual conflict had finished, between '91 and '95 - a military program was initiated. The Dead Cell program, as it was known. - Likes: Chester doesn't like heavy rock and metal; he LOVES it. He'll listen to nothing else. As well as this, he adores spiced food (especially meat), and, finally, modern technology. You'll always see him with headphones strapped around his neck.
- Dislikes: Soft music, classical and pop. It really irritates him. He hates bland food - this kinda carries on, he doesn't really like anything bland at all. And, finally, trying to attempt any situation without any type of technology is the #1 guaranteed way to PISS. HIM. OFF.

After the battle, the four walked back to Aimee's single-bedroom apartment; it was certainly closer through the twisting London alleyways than Chester's estate, but, still, a big change for Chester, who was used to dozens of rooms and metres of space to himself at one time.
Aimee, who the adrenaline obviously hadn't had the same effect on, sat down, wrapped herself in a blanket, and sat opposite Impmon and Volpemon whilst Chester made three mugs and a bowlful of hot chocolate. He set them down on the glass coffee table inside the cramped dining room, before sliding in beside Aimee and gesturing to the Digimon.

The small log cabin in the middle of the desert was easily the largest building for miles on end. It was, also probably the safest. Stepping out into the barren wasteland, the desert and the lack of water was the second biggest issue.
